What happens to the details you send us.
When you send an enquiry, we save your name, phone number, and anything else you enter in the form, such as your company, location, material and notes. We also remember your language choice on your own device, and briefly keep your network (IP) address, for up to an hour for enquiries, to stop spam.
Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and follow up on it. We don’t sell your details.
Enquiries are stored securely with our website host, Cloudflare, and removed automatically after two years. If you choose WhatsApp or email, your message is also handled by that service.
